Developer American Campus Communities has selected the FaverGray Company of Jacksonville Beach to build a $42.5 million student housing project in Columbia, Missouri. The two five-story apartment buildings will total 331,203 square feet and will encompass 718 beds in 182 units. The new project, U Centre on Turner Apartments, was designed by Humphreys & Partners Architects LP of Dallas. FaverGray anticipates construction to wrap up by August 2017.
