Cordeel Bulgaria broke ground on Long Tower, an office scheme that will be built on top of the seven-story Bulgaria Mall in Sofia. Located on Boulevard Kableshkov, the 18,550 sqm office component will add 56 meters to the height of the shopping center, which opened in 2012. Cordeel’s adjacent Infinity Tower offices opened in 2014.
Cordeel started operating on the Bulgarian market 15 years ago as a shareholder in a Sofia-based construction company. The company established a wholly owned subsidiary, Cordeel Bulgaria Inc., in 2006
