An affiliate of Lexington Realty Trust has secured $110 million in acquisition financing for a 456,412-square-foot, Class A, cold-storage warehouse and distribution facility in Richland. Completed in 2015, the facility on Polar Way, is the largest refrigerated warehouse in North America, standing 116 feet-tall facility and featuring 11,900 sq ft of office space. A two-story equipment and utility room is also part of the project along with 30,335 sq ft of mezzanine dock space. HFF worked on behalf of the borrower, to place the 10-year, fixed-rate loan with MetLife Agricultural Investments.
