Cushman & Wakefield has hired Joe Homyak as a Senior Project Manager in its Project and Development Services (PDS) group. Homyak’s duties will include working on the Citizens Bank account where his primary responsibilities will be working on the bank’s new 500,000 square foot build-to-suit headquarters project in Rhode Island. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Homyak served as a project manager with Diversified Project Management for five years and was a project architect at Gensler, where he worked on Fidelity’s Smithfield, RI campus. Homyak received a bachelor’s degree in architectural engineering technology from SUNY College of Technology and later studied architecture at Boston Architectural College.
