Codina-Carr takes over development of 150-unit Signature at Kendall

Codina-Carr Co. have taken over a multifamily apartment project in Miami-Dade County’s West Kendall. The project is the second phase of Signature at Kendall which will feature 150 units on an 8.2-acre site at Kendall Drive and Southwest 172nd Avenue. The original developer listed with the county was Kendall Investors 172 LLC, headed by David Brown and Victor Brown.

“With the strong multifamily housing demand we’re continuing to see in Kendall, we feel this project will be a solid addition to our existing Signature at Kendall community,” said CC Residential President Andy Burnham. “Phase 2 will provide several options to address the need for reasonably priced rentals in the area, consisting of a mix of 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom units ranging from $1,500 a month to $2,500 a month.”
