Düsseldorf-based Aik has acquired a residential and commercial project with 47,000 sqm of rental area in Cologne for apoReal International Spezialfonds. The vendor was a private family office, with the BNP Paribas Real Estate acting as brokers. Market sources claim the volume of the transaction was €128m. The five buildings were completed between 2002 and 2004, offering 304 apartments and 37 commercial units including tenants like Aldi Süd and McFit.
