Two luxury residential buildings will be built near Bulgaria Boulevard in Sofia. The project is being constructed by Idea Buildings. Construction of the first building began last October and should be completed in 2017. The second building is expected to start in mid-2016.
The project is located in the central Sofia, on the Acad. In addition to the residential component, the two buildings will offer a mix of shops, offices and underground parking.
One, two and three-bedroom units will be placed on floors 1 through 7, while the eighth floor is reserved for a large penthouse.
