Mennica Legacy Tower to kick off in March

21 January 2016

A new office building is set to break ground in downtown Warsaw in March, according to Polish media reports. Called Mennica Legacy Tower, the 130-meter skyscraper is a JV between the state-run company Mennica Polska and Golub GetHouse: the developer behind Prime Corporate Centre. The partners are in the process of selecting a general contractor for the 65,000 sqm office complex, which will replace Mennica Polska’s current headquarters. The scheme comprises a 49,600 sqm office tower and a 9-storey building, providing another 14,200 sqm of leasable space. Chicago-based Goettsch Partners provided the design.
