All Aboard Florida’s MiamiCentral project has received approval from the FAA for all three of the project’s towers. The main tower, expected to provide 600,000 sqf of office space, 250 hotel rooms and 280 residential units, is now approved for a height of 991 feet above ground, or 1,000 feet above sea level. Two smaller residential towers were approved for a build height of 630 feet above sea level, or about 620 feet above ground. Construction of the two residential towers with their 800 rental units is already underway.
