ICM Realty acquires Atrium office in Boca Raton

20 January 2016

An affiliate of the real estate firm ICM Realty Group has purchased the Atrium office building in the Park at Broken Sound for $17.05 million. Built in 1986, the 100,688 sqf office building sits on an 8 acre site on Broken Sound Parkway in Boca Raton. The deal breaks down to $157 per square foot. This acquisition is the company’s fifth in South Florida. Florida Community Bank provided a $11.99 million mortgage to complete the transaction.

“We love the building and we love the opportunity to add value by leasing it up more and doing a cosmetic renovation,” said ICM Managing Director Andrew Webb. “We continue to focus very heavily on the Southeast Florida market in terms of more acquisitions.”
