Eco Furaj has secured a construction permit for its residential project Varna Wave and is now looking for a general contractor. Varna Wave is a planned residential building to be located in central Varna. The design of the 10,668 sqm building is intended to copy the movement of waves on the sea. This is achieved by using two different materials – Corian and glass.
The building has eleven stories, including two underground levels for parking and ground floor shops and a cafe. The next eight floors are residential, with 47 apartments separated in three sections with two apartments on each floor. The designer of the project is the architectural firm Starh Stanislavov architects.
