Martin Wellnitz was named team leader at the Cushman & Wakefield office in Frankfurt. He will be responsible for managing the company’s fourteen-person team in Germany’s primary financial hub. Previously he was employed as Head of Architecture & Planning at Fitness First Germany, having worked also at JLL, Planquadrat 4 and Frankfurt Airport. Martin Wellnitz gained experience on large-scale commercial projects in Singapore and New York.
