The Altís Highland Park apartment complex in Tampa has been purchased for $46 million to Utah-based Cottonwood Residential. The Boca Raton vendor, the Altman Companies, sold the asset which is located in Westchase on Fountainhead Drive and consists of 239 apartments plus 5,000 square feet of retail space. The master planned community features stores along on its main street like Kahwa Coffee, a self-service auto detail facility and a Volume Hair Studio.
“The Altman Companies is proud to have delivered a first-class community for the highly desirable Westchase neighborhood,” said chairman Joel Altman. “This sale shows the strong demand for luxury rental product in the area.”
