A joint venture between AEW and Grand Peaks has picked up Solero at Plantation, a gated residential community, for an undisclosed price. The property features 43 townhome buildings and 11 garden-style buildings offering units with up to three bedrooms. The complex’s location in Plantation provides quick access to I-595, I-95, and Florida’s Turnpike. Built in 2010, the scheme includes two large lakes with a fountain, a resort-style pool and a 7,400 square-foot high-tech clubhouse. CBRE arranged the sale of the asset. “With its prestigious location in one of South Florida’s most high-demand markets, Solero at Plantation is primed for completion of an in-unit renovation program,” said CBRE Vice Chairman Robert Given.
