Waryński Group and Dantex have completed work on the first phase of Miasto Wola, a new residential scheme going up on Warsaw’s Jana Kazimierza street in the Wola district. The building offers 112 high end flats ranging between 27 sqm and 143 sqm, including units on the upper floors that will offer terraces. The companies have already started handing over the units to owners.
Waryński Group and Dantex have already begun selling flats in the next two phases of the project, which was designed by 4am Architekci. The 113 flats in the second phase (of which 81 percent has been sold), is set for the third quarter of 2016. The entire project should be completed by the end of 2017.
