LandSouth Construction, based in Jacksonville, has started construction on a $23 million luxury apartment complex in Lawrenceville, Ga. The new project, named 1760, is being developed by LIV Development of Birmingham, Ala. It features 239 units with 20 different floor plans for one to three-bedroom apartments. The development consists of 324,457 square feet spread out over four buildings, two carriage houses and a pool house. 1760 located on a eight acre site near I-85 and GA 316 off Sugarloaf Parkway.
