Toyota Motor Sales USA Inc. has signed a nine-year lease within the Bent Oak Industrial Park in southeast Orlando. The company signed on for 96,924 square feet of space in building 100 of the complex. The automaker is relocating its Lexus parts distribution operations from Jacksonville into the new building which features a 32-foot clear, cross-dock distribution facility. The Bent Oak park is being built in a joint venture between McCraney Property and New York-based Clarion Partners.
