121 Financial Credit Union has picked up an office building in the Riverside neighborhood of Jacksonville for $3.4 million. The three story office building provides 33,000 square feet of space and is located at the intersection of May Street and Riverside Park Place. Trading for $103 per sq ft, the building was constructed in 1981 and last sold for $1.3 million in 1991.
