New York condominium planning submissions increase to highest post-crisis levels

13 January 2016

According to analysis of applications data, condominium-plan submissions made to the New York State Attorney General are the highest they’ve been since 2007. There were roughly 12,650 residential applications for condominium units submitted to the Attorney General as of the end of November 2015. This represents a slight increase over the 12,000 submitted for all of 2014 but well below the 32,000 seen in 2006.
