CBRE scores exclusive for Douglas Entrance offices in Coral Gables

Miami-based Banyan Street Capital and partner Oaktree Capital Management of Los Angeles have selected CBRE as exclusive leasing agents for the Douglas Entrance office park in Coral Gables. The 467,000 square-foot facility is currently under going a $7 million renovation. Capital improvements will include full renovation of the main lobbies, elevators, corridors and restrooms in all three of the office buildings. Improvements are also being made to the parking garage and landscaping.

ā€œDouglas Entrance really has the best of both worlds by having Coral Gables charm with its historic designated buildings together with the state-of-the-art three office towers, all located in the only office park in Coral Gables,ā€ said CBRE senior vice president Maggie Kurtz.
