Four months ahead of schedule, HB Reavis completed the third phase of its biggest office project in Poland, the 90,000 sqm Gdański Business Center. The 27,000 sqm C Building is the third of four phases planned for the scheme. The complex is currently 77 percent leased. The developer expects to complete the investment in the second quarter of 2016.
The second phase of GBC kicked off in July 2014, with a total of 52,500 sqm of office space place planned for the C and D buildings. In all, HB Reavis has completed nearly 155,000 sqm of office space in Warsaw, including Konstruktorska Business Center, Postępu 14 and Gdański Business Center (buildings A, B and C).
