HRS Group leased 10,500 sqm at the Coeur Cologne office building on Breslauer Platz in Cologne. The hotel booking service will move into its new offices and conference space after the building is completed in 2017. Allianz broke ground on the office building in January 2015. Coeur Cologne will offer 14,000 sqm of leasable space as well as an accessible green roof with a view of the Cologne Cathedral. JLL’s Cologne office advised Allianz, while HRS was advised by Proximus.
