OFB Projektentwicklung is planning to renovate the office building at Jahnstrasse 3 in Düsseldorf. The company acquired the property last summer in a transaction advised by Savills. According to market sources, OFB Projektentwicklung aims to refurbish the property by June 2017. The investment offers 6,000 sqm of office area located on seven floors. The building is 70 percent leased to tenants like Laureus AG Privat Finanz and Sparda-Bank West.
