Newton, Mass.-based Northland Investment has acquired the Yacht Club at Heritage Harbour apartment complex in Bradenton for $70.5 million. The 392 unit property in east Manatee County located near Interstate 75 and State Road 64, traded for just under $179,847 per unit. The seller, TGM Yacht Club, purchased the complex in 2010 for $43.5 million, according to Manatee County records. The transaction marks Northland’s eighth Florida purchase in the past 18 months bringing it to a total of 23 properties in the state.
