MedLife has taken over Diamed Center’s Romanian network. The package includes five laboratories, two medical clinics, medical rehabilitation and functional aesthetic medicine centers and eight sampling points in Bucharest, Braila, Focsani and Tecuci.
“If last year we completed six local transactions with an investment of over €5m, this year’s budget allocated only for purchases will increase significantly, with the strategy of strengthening our national leadership, diversifying our services and optimization of the existing business segments,” said Mihai Marcu, president of MedLife. MedLife now operates 23 laboratories and 32 medical centers in Romania.
