An affiliate of Great Neck, New York-based Benedict Realty Group has acquired an AmTrust Bank branch building and the attached retail strip in Surfside for $18 million. Located at 9564 Harding Ave., the 25,058 square-foot building traded for just over $718 per square foot. Besides the AmTrust Bank branch, the property includes tenant CVS Pharmacy.
