Douglas Elliman has appointed Adriana Vargas Hernandez as the Director of Sales for the One River Point mixed use building in downtown Miami. Vargas Hernandez has worked in the real estate industry for over 22 years specializing in luxury residential properties, preconstruction and new developments. Prior to joining the One River Point Development Team, Vargas Hernandez served as Vice President of broker relations for Fortune International, Related Cervera and Cervera Real Estate. One River Point is being developed by New York-based KAR Properties.
