Vastint Poland signed a lease for 2,680 sqm offices with the financial and accounting processes provider MAN at Business Garden Poznań. The new tenant will relocate to the complex, located at Marcelińska street, in the mid-2016. Colliers International represented the tenant in the transaction.
“Business Garden once again emphasises its important place on the business map of Poznań. MAN Accounting Center was one of the first companies representing the business services sector which started their operations in Poznań a few years ago and we are now observing its dynamic development,” says Sebastian Bedekier, Regional Director of Colliers International in Poznań.
Business Garden is located at the intersection of Marcelińska and Bułgarska in the Marcelin District of Poznań. Just over the half of the planned 80,000 sqm of the business park has been completed. The building earned a LEED Platinum certificate thanks to its energy efficiency, low greenhouse gas emissions and low water consumption figures.
