Savills has closed the sale of the Potsdamer Platz portfolio to a subsidiary of Brookfield property Partners. The ownership of the 17 properties was transferred to Brookfield at the beginning of January following the deal’s closing, whose price tag has not been revealed. The 267,00 sqm asset includes seven office and five residential buildings, the Potsdamer Platz Arkaden shopping centre, the Mandala Hotel, cinema, theater, numerous restaurants as well as 2,000 parking spaces.
