Balearic Islands, Barcelona Spain’s boast highest sale prices

According to findings of Tinsa’s IMIE Local Markets, the average price of new as well as secondary market homes rose by 1 percent in Spain in 2015. The largest number of deals took place on properties ranging between €50,000 and €100,000 located Madrid, Zaragoza, Málaga and Valencia. The biggest deals took place in Balearic Islands and Barcelona where the average sale price was between €100,000 and €150,000. The average home took less than six months to sell in Madrid compared with Valencia where selling a home required more than 13 months.
