The Aventura View office building in Aventura has been sold to COFE Properties for $40 million. Trading for just under $373 per square foot, the 10-story, 107,304 square foot office building is located on Northeast 191st Street. Built in 1988, the asset sits on a four-acre site and is 91 percent leased. The sellers, a joint venture between Steelbridge Capital and Apollo Global Real Estate, paid $20.5 million in 2012 for the building.
