The Brazilian developer Galwan is preparing to break ground on a 43-story hotel property across from Mary Brickell Village in Miami. Located at 88 S.W. 10th Street, the new tower will include 520 hotel rooms. The developer received a construction permit for the building’s foundation in early December. Arquitectonica is the architect for the new scheme with Civic Construction providing the construction works. Galwan revealed previously that the hotel will fly the Ibis flag.
