Monogram Residential Mile LLC, an affiliate of Monogram Residential Trust, has purchased the Mile at Coral Gables apartment building for $48 million. The 13-story, 120-unit building on Southwest Coral Way traded hands for $400,000 per unit. The property designed by Behar Font & Partners features a pool, garage and fitness center. The vendor was a joint venture between Greystone Property Development and Alta Developers, which employed Jaret Turkell and Maurice Habif of HFF to handle the off-market deal.
