Chadwell Supply has acquired a 132,000 square-foot Class A corporate headquarters and construction facility at 5115 Joanne Kearney Blvd in Tampa. The company will use the purchase to expand from a neighboring space in the Madison Industrial Park. Built in 2007, the property offers a two-story office building with approximately 52,575 sf of Class A office space and an adjacent 65,092 square-foot, grade level warehouse with 26 feet of clearance height and drive-through loading. The 21.55-acre plot comes equipped with a helicopter hangar and landing pad, and an additional 15,320 square-foot warehouse building. Rick Narkiewicz of CBRE represented the seller in the transaction. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
“The market is very tight with no Class A rear-load space larger than 40,000 square feet available,” said Narkiewicz. “The sale of this building takes the last large industrial space off the market. It is going to be wonderful seeing this fantastic facility occupied once again.”
