On December 16, during an official ceremony in the gallery Square 500, in Sofia, GBS presented their new eco project: Belchinski Spring village.
The complex has a hotel, a restaurant, a spa with indoor and outdoor pools, fitness center, relaxation area, guest houses and a limited number of houses for sale. The settlement includes a number of sports areas, playgrounds, paths for walking and bike ride, landscaped parks and a tennis court. Belchinski Spring complex is located 40 minutes away from Sofia and a few kilometers from the winter resort of Borovets in the Rila mountain slopes, Verila and Plana in the village of Belchin. Ecocomplex investor is the company Belchin Park, a subsidiary of the largest construction group in Bulgaria, GBS Holding.
The costs of this project or the delivery date were not disclosed.
