Trade Center Europe’s Building 1 has received its occupation permit according to its property manager Todor Kavrakov. One of the few new office projects in Sofia, TCE’s Building 1 offers open-space office areas, a shopping arcade, restaurants, a multipurpose sports hall and ample parking. The building was built to BREEAM standards.
TCE now comprises 15 buildings with a total area of 55,000 sqm, built on 70 acres of land, near Sofia Airport. Building 1 is currently 80 percent leased.
