The DSL and mobile communications provider 1&1 Internet SE is expanding its activities Berlin by taking more office space on Alexanderstrasse in Berlin. The company’s new four-year lease agreement with the owner TLG Immobilien now covers 3,200 sqm. The majority of TLG Immobilien’s office portfolio is located in Berlin. Additional office assets are situated mainly in eastern German regional economic centers like Dresden, Leipzig and Rostock.
