Trigema has completed the first phase of Smart Byty, a new residential project. All 142 units in the scheme’s first building were sold prior to completion. Smart Byty is located at Nové Butovice metro station in Prague 13. The second building will offer another 143 units. The total investment in the project, designed by Ateliér Smitka, is expected to run to more than CZK 1bn. The buildings are equipped with heat recuperation technology and triple glass windows. Retail and services space will be available on the ground floor and could be used for cafés or shops.
