The American company Kennametal, a global manufacturer of high-strength alloys for the mining and road-building industry, will visit Pleven and Lovech in December at the invitation of Pleven construction and investment company Horizont – Ivanov.
The meeting was initiated by the commercial attaché of Bulgaria in Washington Ivo Konstantinov, who convinced company representatives to visit the site in the Bulgarian town. It’s estimated that the resulting investment, if realized, could reach €40m.
The main topic of the meeting is the upcoming talks on the construction of a new new plant in the region. Kennametal delegates will visit several factories during the trip.
