Realogis Real Estate acquired an industrial complex in Potsdam’s Marquardt district from Redevco. The price of the deal was not disclosed. Situated on Berliner Ring, the property includes a 14,300 sqm hall and office space. The complex was refurbished this year. The 48,500 sqm plot has the potential for further development. The complex is fully let to a large discount e-retailer.
