P3 to develop new returned goods center for Amazon

Amazon has finally disclosed its plans to build a new center for returned goods in Prague. P3 will develop the new center stretching across 40,500 sqm in its park P3 Prague Horní Počernice in the industrial zone it acquired from VGP. Opening is scheduled for Q4 2016. Amazon plans to relocate an existing returned goods operation near the Prague airport to Horní Počernice, where it will employ 3,000 staff. Of these, 1,000 will be existing staff, while another 2,000 will be hired over the next three years. The new returned goods center will serve Amazon’s European clients.
