Inoffice Group, a company providing business solutions in the area of serviced and virtual offices, has leased additional space in the Lumen building located at Złota 59 in Warsaw. The company now occupies over 2,700 sqm. JLL represented the building’s owner, Unibail-Rodamco, in renegotiations of lease agreements. Lumen is a 45,000 sqm office building connected with the Złote Tarasy shopping and entertainment center. The complex 1,600 parking places over provides four-floors of underground parking.
