Prologis secured two lease extensions totaling 152,560 sqm at Prologis Park Prague-Jirny. DHL signed a 106,000 sqm renewal and a 31,000 sqm expansion at the park, while another logistics provider, LGI extended its lease on 9,760 sqm and signed on for an additional 5,800 sqm. The LGI transaction was brokered by 108 Agency.
“Demand from both new and existing customers at Prologis Park Prague-Jirny continues to be very strong, which is reflected in the park being 100 percent occupied and the spectacular customer retention rate also being 100 percent,” said Pavlina Plaskova, leasing manager at Prologis Czech Republic.
Prologis Park Prague-Jirny currently offers 266,000 sqm of distribution space, with a 28,830 sqm build-to-suit facility under construction for Globus. The park is located 8 km east of Prague with direct access to the D11 motorway.
