TPG Real Estate has finalized its takeover of TriGranit. The price of the transaction was not disclosed. JLL represented the buyer. Under the deal, TPG also acquired a portfolio of office and retail properties in Poland (Bonarka Shopping Centre, B4B), Hungary (Millennium City Centre Offices), Slovakia (Lakeside Park, Metropolis site) and additional development sites in Central Europe and Croatia. Lakeside Park in Bratislava offers 25,000 sqm of leasable office space, as well as plots for the future development of Lakeside Park II and III. The package also includes 47.5 ha of land in Jarovce outside Bratislava, where TriGranit planned to build its Metropolis project.
