Commercial Boulevard, the complex offers 175,433 square feet of rentable office space. Commercial Place is located in the Commercial Boulevard submarket adjacent to the Fort Lauderdale Executive Airport and along one of the main arteries between the Florida Turnpike and I-95. Major tenants include Blue Cross Blue Shield Association, Traveler’s Indemnity, Progressive Corp., Host.net, Atkins Global, and Cisco Systems.
