Badajoz acquires EverBank branch property

Badajoz Investments LLC has purchased a single-tenant retail property on the ground floor of the 55 Merrick Condominium for $4.1 million. Located at 20 Giralda Avenue in Coral Gables, the 4,663 sq ft street front property is set up as a bank plus drive-through lanes, currently leased to EverBank. CBRE represented both the buyer and the seller, Merrick Property Holdings, in the transaction.

ā€œThe property is well positioned and fronts Giralda Avenue, which is scheduled to undergo a major transformation as part of the Coral Gables Streetscape project beginning in early 2016,ā€ said Todd Weintraub, First Vice President with CBRE.
