Balfour Beatty Communities has been selected to manage four properties in the Florida. The multifamily, military, and student housing markets specialist will look after two Pensacola properties and two in the greater Tampa area. Ashley Club is a 224-unit, garden-style complex located near Escambia Bay and downtown Pensacola. Arbor Club, a 168-unit garden-style complex, is located near the Pensacola International airport. Westminster Chase offers 224 one and two bedroom units in downtown Tampa, while the 248-unit Willow Brooke complex is located near the University of South Florida.
