Erste Group Immorent (EGI) has opened its newest project, Enterprise Office Center, a 29,000 sqm office building located along Prague’s central artery, the Magistrala road, in Prague 4 Pankrác. Strabag was the contractor for the project, which was designed by the architect Vladimír Krátký. The building is located near the Pankrác metro station and next to another of the developer’s office projects called Gemini. Enterprise was nearly fully leased at the opening, with half of the space taken before construction began by Avast. The building is expected to receive a BREEAM Excellent certificate.
