Heitman is planning to renovate of its CEOP office building in Bratislava next year. The real estate investment fund wants to modernize the common space in the first phase in an effort to strengthen the boutique character of the building located in the cityās SlaviÄie Ćŗdolie. Guy Speir, Heitmanās leasing director, says that the company wants to continuously increase the added value of its buildings to meet client needs. With easy access to the city center, the CEOP building offers 5,200 sqm of office on seven floors as well as three levels of underground parking. The typical floorplate is 900 sqm. Heitman owns BBC3, BBC4, BBC5 and Aupark Tower in Bratislava and has a 5-percent share in the Slovak office market.
