Atlas Estates has put Warsaw’s Millennium Plaza on the market, according to the propetynews website, which claims that talks with potential vendors already underway. No further details were disclosed. Atlas Estates refuses to comment.
The 112-meter tower office building changed hands in 2006. Located in Warsaw’s, CBD on Al. Jerozolimskie, the building offers 34,000 sqm of B+ office space on 28 floors. Office tenants include DELL, Groupon, Wipro, United Oilfield Services, the Embassy of Mexico, and Turkish Airlines.
